The six (6) story Medical Office building totaling 135,000 SQFT was designed by Fernando Irizarry Architects, PSC. The structural steel structure with pre-cast concrete/window system exterior façade houses 80 medical offices. 

Aireko’s scope of work included finishes at all public areas including, but not limited, to 1st floor commercial spaces, elevator lobbies, corridors, and restrooms; all future medical offices where shell spaces for tenant improvements. The construction includes an underground 210,000 gallon cistern for potable water and fire protection system. Construction was completed in 15 months.
