Construction of a 300 ft. high reinforced concrete tower that houses a panoramic elevator with a 200 ft. tubular steel pedestrian bridge that connects to the tallest observation point in this entertainment complex.

This project is a first of its kind in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and was nominated for the 1994 Outstanding Project by the Puerto Rico Engineers and Surveyors Association.
