Two 4-story concrete and steel structures totaling 180,000 sq. ft. for an office building and its new parking facility.  Contract included all electrical, mechanical, architectural, civil and interior works.  Marble at the interior walls of the central court yard, with a naturally ventilating skylight and a laminar-flow cascading fountain distinguish this otherwise structurally efficient building were cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and pre-cast concrete combined for cost effectiveness and good looks.
