Construction of a seven story reinforced concrete structure of approximately 172,000 sq. ft. of floor area and parking space for 493 vehicles.  Civil work included 50,000 sq. ft. of native marble and imported granite, 47,000 sq. ft. of epoxy, quarry, and tiled floors, approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of acoustically treated areas and installation of six elevators and one escalator.  All mechanical and electrical work was performed in-house.
