405,000 sf steel structure building with 15 FT high perimeter concrete wall and insulated metal panels. The construction scope included all site-work and infrastructure for the Industrial Park.

Extensive Value engineering was performed in conjunction with the Owner and Architects/Engineer that considerably reduced the original estimate of $51 MM down to a final construction cost of $40MM.
