Project Scope for the utilities expansion consisted of the installation of the following utility systems: air handling units and dehumidifiers for the A/C System, chilled water systems, vapor and condensing units, waste treatment plant. Compressed air systems, boilers and chillers were also part of the utilities expansion scope of this project.

Manufacturing expansion works consisted of the following scope: installation of epoxy floors, clean room type acoustical ceiling panels, and gypsum board wall partitions. Clean rooms were also constructed with epoxy paint applied to the wall surfaces and special rapid doors installed. Air lock systems were also an important part of this manufacturing expansion.
