Four floor 40,000 sq.ft. compounding manufacturing capacity expansion.  General construction work included planning and self-performing all electrical, mechanical and process construction trades to deliver three floors of clean room modules and a mechanical mezzanine.  Total construction time for this expansion was 12 months.
