Recreational Areas of more than 13,000 s.ft. which includes Gazebos, Basketball Court, Children Playground, Laundry Room, Activity Room, Media Room, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Public Bathrooms.

Administrative Facilities include Administration Offices, Maintenance Workshop, Storage Room and Mechanical Room.

Site Construction required more than 500,000 cubic meters of earthwork. A Fire Pump Station and a Sanitary Lift Station were required as part of the utilities design. More than 85,000 s.ft. of MSE walls were installed at the site. An underground Storm Retention Tank of 500,000 gallons was built to retain the storm water at this site of approximately 20 acres.
