Our Benefits
Medical
Our Medical Insurance includes basic coverage, prescription
drugs and major expenses. Aireko pays 100% of the costs
for individuals and 70% for spousal and/or family plans. After
5 years of service, Aireko’s share for spousal and/or
family plans will increase to 80%. Detailed descriptions
of your options will be available during orientation.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance helps protect you and your family’s financial
well-being in case of death.
Long Term Disability Income Insurance
This insurance provides financial protection for you and your
family if you become disabled. Beyond six months of a
disabling illness, this insurance kicks in to
pay 60% of your salary up to $5,000 per month. Benefits
continue until the age 65.
Vacation Time
Vacation days are accumulated monthly as employee
puts in 130 hours or more. In addition, as your
years of service increase so will your vacation days. You
will start enjoying vacations days after one year of service
at the company.
Holidays
Once you’ve been in Aireko for a year, you
will enjoy eight paid holidays per year.
Sick Leave
After three months of service, you’ll be protected up to
fifteen days of sick leave a year, which are prorated and accumulated
monthly.
Retirement Plan
Other special
benefits and rewards are offered to employees on a case-by-case
basis to further enhance the day-to-day experience of our employees.

Your base salary is determined by your qualifications
and skills, job description and years of experience in the industry. In
addition to base salary, all active regular employees and foremen
are eligible for discretionary bonus, which is a function of
salary and service.
